Register of client builds

Twenty real builds, each drawn out as its own sheet

Every case study here is a real roofing business we built for: where it started, the problem that cost the team time, what we built, how many working days it took and what changed. Businesses are named by type and region, and the quote on each sheet is the contact's own words.

How to read a sheet

Every case study follows the same five stages

The same order on every sheet, so two builds can be compared line by line.

  1. 01Starting pointHow the business handled this before the build, in plain terms.
  2. 02The problemWhat that cost the team day to day, as they described it.
  3. 03What we builtThe pages, forms and routing we specified, with the items used.
  4. 04TimelineWorking days from content approval to handover, staff review included.
  5. 05What changedThe difference afterwards, and the client in their own words.

From roofing companies we have built for

  • Emma Stanton

Customer care coordinator, leisure center roofing contractor

The part I rate most highly is the form, not the visuals. Every submission arrives with building use, roof type and site location filled in, which used to take us a second email to obtain. The first message is usually enough to act on now.

    St. Petersburg, Florida

Inquiry form and response workflow for commercial roof assessments

  • Ashleigh Sanderson

Scheduling supervisor, single-ply membrane roofing installer

I tested the commercial roof assessments page on my own phone before we approved anything. Key information comes first and the contact option is clearly labeled. The days of talking customers through the menu are over.

    Overland Park, Kansas

Mobile navigation and page layout for commercial roof assessments

  • Warren Harrington

Site survey coordinator, gutter and rainwater systems contractor

The starting point was our own sent mail, not a template, and it shows. Each answer was reviewed by our own staff, so the page sounds like us rather than a copywriter. Pointing people to the page has replaced hunting through old emails.

    Green Bay, Wisconsin

Questions about these case studies

Are these real clients?

Yes. Every case study on this page is a real RoofingWebStudio build, written up with the client's permission, and the quote on each one is the named contact's own words. We describe each business by type and region rather than by name.

Why is the business name not shown?

Each case study names the kind of roofing business, the region and the person we worked with, but not the company or its website. The write-up is about the work, and no client site is exposed through ours. There are no logos and no photographs of people.

How long did these builds take?

Between 10 to 25 working days, measured from content approval and including staff review and handover. Each case study states its own timeline. The plan launch times for a new site are set out on the pricing page.

Can I see work for my own specialty?

Use the specialty filter above the list. The current case studies cover commercial roofing, metal roofing, flat roofing, repair and maintenance. If your specialty is not listed yet, a demo is the quickest way to see how the same approach applies to your work.

Will my site be built the same way?

The method is the same: we find out how inquiries reach you today, specify the pages and forms around that, and hand over with notes your team can follow. What gets built depends on your business, which is why every case study reads differently.
