Nothing on this list needs chasing. Each step arrives from us, in order, and the launch date is fixed on the call rather than left open.

The first month is paid at checkout
You pay the first month of the plan through Stripe when you order, and that starts the subscription. The build fee is not on that payment and will not appear on a later one while the waiver is on your order.
The onboarding form arrives
About 15 minutes of questions: services, service areas, licence details, photos. Anything you do not have to hand can follow later.
One onboarding call
We fill the gaps, confirm the page plan for your specialties, and agree the launch date on the call rather than after it.
We draw it, then build it
The page plan and the design are drawn first and shown to you. Nothing is built from a template with your logo dropped on it.
Launch day
Your site goes live, the domain points at it, and your revision allowance and article schedule start the same week.

- A list of the roofing services you sell and the towns you run crews in
- Photos of finished jobs, or permission for us to work from what you already have online

- Access to your domain registrar, or the go-ahead to register a new one for you

Cancellation
Cancel with 2 business days notice before your renewal date. There is no minimum term to serve out.
Refunds

Seven questions people ask before they sign
What exactly is the build fee, and why waive it?
The build fee is the one-time $697 charge for drawing and building the site itself, normally invoiced after your site is live and approved. While this offer is on your order it is struck off entirely, so the only thing you ever pay is the monthly plan fee. The offer runs on orders placed on or before 31 December 2026.
What is charged on the day I order?
Your first monthly plan fee, paid by card through Stripe when you order, and nothing else. The plan then renews monthly as a subscription. The build fee is not charged at order and, with the waiver on your order, it is not charged after launch either.
Does the waiver change the monthly price?
No. Every monthly fee is exactly what it is on the pricing page: Draft at $127, Elevation at $267, Structural at $647. The waiver only removes the one-time build fee.
Can I switch plan after I order?
Yes. Move up or down at any renewal and the new monthly fee applies from that renewal. Moving up after launch does not reinstate a build fee on an order that had it waived.
How quickly will the site be live?
Draft launches in 7 days, Elevation launches in 10 days, Structural launches in 15 days, counted from the onboarding call rather than from the order, because the call is the point we have everything we need.
What if I do not have photos or a logo yet?
We still launch on schedule. We work from what you have, use licensed imagery where a gap would otherwise hold the page up, and swap in your own photos later as ordinary revisions.
Who owns the site and the domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and the content on the site is yours. We run the build and the hosting for as long as you are on a plan.
