When exactly does the sale run?
From Tuesday 24 November 2026 to Monday 30 November 2026 inclusive. That is the full Black Friday week: Friday 27 November 2026 is Black Friday itself and Monday 30 November 2026 is Cyber Monday, and the offer is the same on every day in between.
Does the sale stack on top of the build fee waiver?
No, and it does not need to. The waived $697 build fee is part of this offer rather than a second offer laid on top of it. You get the waiver and 30% off the monthly fee for 3 months, which is the best price this site carries.
How is the plan paid for?
By card through a secure Stripe checkout when you order. The first month is paid then, at the sale price if the week is open, and the plan renews monthly as a subscription after that. The one-time build fee is not charged at checkout.
What happens in month 4?
Your plan returns to its ordinary monthly fee: Draft at $127, Elevation at $267, Structural at $647. Nothing else changes, and you can cancel with 2 business days notice before any renewal rather than serving out a term.
Can I order before the window opens?
Yes, and the build fee waiver is already running: orders placed on or before 31 December 2026 carry no build fee at all. The 30% discount on the monthly fee is the part that only exists between Tuesday 24 November 2026 and Monday 30 November 2026.
Is the site any different because it was bought in a sale?

How soon would it be live?

What if I need to cancel afterwards?
Cancel with 2 business days notice before a renewal. All sales are final except for a billing error on our side, which the refund policy sets out in full.
