We build one thing, for one trade, and we do not do anything else
RoofingWebStudio designs, builds and runs fast, custom-coded websites for roofing companies across the United States. One monthly fee, three plans, and a build fee invoiced only after your site is live and you have approved it.

A studio that builds for everyone builds for nobody in particular
A general web studio meets a roofing company, learns the vocabulary during the project, and produces something reasonable. We started from the other end. Every site we build is for a roofing company, so we already know that a re-roof and a repair are different searches, that TPO and EPDM need their own pages, that storm search volume lasts days rather than months, and that a homeowner reads your site standing in a driveway on one bar of signal.
None of that has to be explained on your onboarding call, which is most of the reason a build takes days rather than months. It is also why we will tell you when a page idea is wrong for this trade, which a studio hearing it for the first time cannot do.

A build measured in days, not a vague timeline
Four steps, in this order, on every single build. There is no discovery phase, no design retainer and no hourly rate anywhere in it.
We draw the plan first
Every service and location page is mapped in writing before a single visual decision is made. Roofing sites fail structurally far more often than they fail aesthetically.
One onboarding call
We fill any gaps in your form answers, agree the page plan and set a real launch date. One call, not a discovery phase.
A build measured in days
Live in 7 to 15 days from that call depending on plan, not weeks of back and forth.
Weekly updates after launch
The site keeps moving after it goes live. That is the part most roofing companies have never had.

Four things we do not compromise on
These are the rules we would still follow if nobody were checking, which is the only useful test of a stated value.
Structure before style
A page plan comes before a design decision. That order is why the sites hold up under real search traffic rather than only looking good on a screenshot.
A sourced claim or no claim
Every published statistic points at a real source with a date. If we cannot cite it, it does not appear, on our site or on yours.
Plain terms, stated up front
Cancellation notice, revision limits, the no-refund policy and the build fee timing are all written down before you pay us anything.
Leaving is easy on purpose
Your domain is registered in your name and transfers at no charge. A client who only stays because leaving is painful is not a client worth keeping.
Every number on this site is a term, not a claim
There are no client counts, star ratings, years in business or success percentages anywhere on this site, because we do not have verified figures for any of them. What we do have is written terms.
- Page speed90+ PageSpeed, fixed free if a page we control slips
- Revisions5 a month of any size, then $20 each
- Turnaround2 to 5 working days
- Launch7 to 15 days from onboarding
- Build fee$697, invoiced only after you approve the site
- Ranking window3 to 5 months, quoted before you buy rather than after
Stated plainly, so there is no confusion in month four
We are not a roofing contractor, a licensed builder or an insurance adjuster.
We build and run the website. Everything your customers rely on you for, the actual roofing work, the estimate, the warranty, the claim, stays entirely with you, and nothing on a site we build is roofing or insurance advice. We will not publish a material claim, a warranty term or a certification on your pages that you have not confirmed, even if you ask us to, because in a licensed trade that is the sentence most likely to come back on you rather than on us.
We also do not manage ad spend, write custom software, design logos from scratch or sell leads. When one of those is what you actually need, we will say so and point you elsewhere rather than take the work. The full list of what is not included.
Two editorial roles sit behind every page and article
Site structure and editorial review are separate jobs here, deliberately. One person decides what pages should exist; a different one checks that every claim on them can be sourced.
Built for US roofing companies, priced in dollars
Prices in USD, dates and phone formats in US convention, measurements in square feet, and the search behaviour we build for is US local search.
Our clients are busiest in Texas, Florida, California, New York and Illinois, and further into Georgia, Arizona, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania. The roofing year is not the same in any two of them: hail in Texas, hurricane season in Florida, freeze and thaw on older stock in Ohio and Pennsylvania, wildfire-driven re-roofs in California. That difference is why a location page has to carry something genuinely local rather than one word swapped into a template.
Working somewhere not on that list changes nothing about the build. And to be clear about our own site: we do not publish city or state landing pages here to rank for your searches. Service-area pages are something we build for you. How those are built.
What working with us is like
Conrad Fairchild
Estimator, office block roof maintenance company
The 'did you receive it?' calls about commercial roof assessments were a daily occurrence here. Submitters now see exactly what we will do with their request and when to expect us. A modest change with an outsized effect on our mornings.

Andrea Copperfield
Survey bookings administrator, warehouse roofing and cladding contractor
Getting the commercial roof assessments wording right mattered more to us than any visual choice. It explains what an inquiry achieves and is honest about what still needs a proper discussion. Customers arrive with realistic expectations, which changes the whole tone of the first call.

Tendering assistant, commercial guttering and drainage firm
Our old commercial roof assessments routine was a shared inbox and crossed fingers. Every inquiry arrives with an owner, a status, and the context attached. It removed a daily friction we had simply learned to live with.

The licence does not require attribution. We credit anyway, because a site that insists every statistic carries a source should hold its own pictures to the same standard.

Questions about the studio
Are you a roofing contractor?
No. We are not a roofing contractor, a licensed builder or an insurance adjuster. We design, build and run the website. The roofing work, the estimate, the warranty and anything an adjuster needs stays entirely with you, and nothing we publish on your site is professional roofing or insurance advice.
Who actually builds my site?
Our team, working from the page plan agreed on your onboarding call. You never log in to a builder, a hosting panel or an admin screen, because running the site is our job rather than yours.
Do you work with roofing companies outside the states you name?
Yes. The states we name are where our clients happen to be busiest, not a coverage limit. The build is the same wherever your crews run, as long as you are in the United States.
How many roofing companies do you work with?
We do not publish a client count, because an unverifiable number on a marketing page is exactly the sort of statistic we refuse to print on client sites. Ask on the demo and you will get a straight answer.
Can I talk to a person before buying?
Yes, and you should. Book a demo and we walk through the site you would get, live on your screen, in about thirty minutes. Or email us and a person replies within one working day.
What happens if I am not happy after launch?
Raise it in your client portal and it gets fixed, within 2 to 5 working days, as part of your revision allowance. What we do not do is refunds: all sales are final, which is stated plainly in the refund policy rather than buried. The build fee is charged only after you approve the site, which is why it is not refundable afterwards.
Why is the build fee charged after launch rather than before?
Because it puts the risk of finishing the work on us instead of on you. It is the single term that most changes who is exposed if a build goes badly, and it is the reason we can ask a roofing company to trust a vendor it has not met.
Do you publish your own site the way you would build ours?
Yes, and you can check. This site carries the same speed target, the same structured data, the same compliance pages and the same llms.txt we would build for you. If something here is broken, it is a fair question to ask why.

A live walk-through, on your screen, of the plan and the site. About thirty minutes, and if the honest answer is that your current site is fine, you will hear that instead of a pitch.
