A short, purpose-built form
Asks only what your team needs to size and prioritize a job.
A roofing quote form only works if the answer reaches your dispatch team the moment it is submitted, which is a question of integration, not just form design, and it is where most roofing websites quietly fail.
What it costs
The instant quote form asks for roof type, approximate size and the work needed, enough for a crew lead to size and prioritize a job without picking up the phone first, and short enough that someone standing on a ladder can finish it in under a minute.

Every submission is wired directly into your CRM during the build, whichever one you use, by direct API where the CRM supports it or by Zapier or Make where it does not. We test the connection with a real submission before your site launches, so the first live lead is not also the first test of whether it works.
A form built for a routine re-roof and a form built for an active leak need different priority handling. We configure the form to flag urgent requests so they surface differently in your CRM than a routine inspection booking.
At onboarding we ask which two or three answers let you size a job without a call. Those become the form. Everything else gets cut, because every extra field costs completions.
Large tap targets, inputs that do not trigger zoom on a phone, and a length a homeowner will finish while standing in a driveway.
The submission routes into your CRM with the urgency flag intact, so dispatch sees priority without opening anything.
We submit a genuine test enquiry and watch it arrive in your system. If it does not land correctly, the site does not launch.
How long it takes
The form is configured during the build and tested before launch, so it is working on day one rather than being the first thing that needs a revision.
None of these change the plan price. They change how much work sits inside it, which is why the fee is a plan rather than an hourly rate. See the plans.
If more than two of these describe your situation, this page is about you.
The second list matters more than the first. A scope with no exclusions is a scope nobody has thought about.

If you need one of these, say so on the demo. We would rather point you somewhere else than take the work and disappoint you.

Active leaks and emergencies flagged separately from routine requests.
The right person on your team notified the moment a lead arrives.

From roofing companies we have built for
Emma Stanton
Customer care coordinator, leisure center roofing contractor
The part I rate most highly is the form, not the visuals. Every submission arrives with building use, roof type and site location filled in, which used to take us a second email to obtain. The first message is usually enough to act on now.
Inquiry form and response workflow for commercial roof assessments
Ashleigh Sanderson
Scheduling supervisor, single-ply membrane roofing installer
I tested the commercial roof assessments page on my own phone before we approved anything. Key information comes first and the contact option is clearly labeled. The days of talking customers through the menu are over.
Mobile navigation and page layout for commercial roof assessments
Warren Harrington
Site survey coordinator, gutter and rainwater systems contractor
The starting point was our own sent mail, not a template, and it shows. Each answer was reviewed by our own staff, so the page sounds like us rather than a copywriter. Pointing people to the page has replaced hunting through old emails.
FAQ research and editorial review for commercial roof assessments
Each of these is a full comparison with the case for the other option written first. Some of them will tell you not to buy from us.
Most CRMs support a direct API connection or work through Zapier or Make, which covers nearly every platform a roofing company is likely to use. We confirm the specific integration during onboarding.
Reconnecting the form to a new CRM is one support ticket in your client portal, handled by our team, not a rebuild of the form itself.
As few as let you size the job. Usually four or five: what kind of roof, roughly how big or how many stories, what is needed, and how to reach them. Every extra field costs completions, and a completed short form beats an abandoned thorough one.
No, and we would push back if you asked. A roof cannot be priced without seeing it, and a number on a website that your estimator then has to walk back is worse for the sale than no number at all.
Then the enquiry goes to email and SMS, which is fine to start with. Tell us when you adopt one and reconnecting it is a support ticket rather than a rebuild.
A simple arithmetic check on every form, which stops the overwhelming majority of automated spam without making a homeowner identify traffic lights in the rain.
Yes. Routing rules are configured during the build, so an emergency leak can reach dispatch while a commercial proposal request reaches your estimator. Tell us the rules at onboarding and we test them before launch.
Yes. The CRM is the system of record, and a copy can go to any inbox you like as a backup. Some owners want one; most stop reading it after a month once they trust the routing.
A live walk-through of the site you would get, in about 30 minutes. Plans from $127 a month, the $697 build fee invoiced only after launch, domain and hosting included.
