A roofing website template is a starting point, not a finished site

A roofing website template speeds up the visual starting point of a build, but it only becomes a real site once it is rebuilt around your actual services, the towns you serve and your own brand, which is the part a template alone never does.

What it costs

  • Plans$127 a month
  • Build fee$697, after launch
  • Live in7 days
  • Revisions5 a month
  • Domain and hostingIncluded

Why ask about templates at all?

If more than two of these describe your situation, this page is about you.

  • 01You want to see something before you commit, which is reasonable and most studios make it impossible.
  • 02You have been burned by a build that took four months and looked nothing like what was discussed.
  • 03You want to know whether your site will look like the other roofer in town who used the same theme.
  • 04You want a starting point rather than a blank page and forty questions about your brand.
  • 05You want to know what you are approving before the build starts, not after.

What a template gives you, and what it does not

A template supplies a visual starting point: layout patterns, a type scale, a general structure. It does not know your services, your coverage area or your brand, and a site launched straight from a template without that work reads as generic because it is generic.

How we actually use a template

When a template fits your business, we start from it to move faster, then replace every piece of placeholder content with your real services, real towns and real brand colors and typography before anything goes live. What ships is a rebuilt site, never a template with your logo swapped in.

When a custom build makes more sense

A business with an unusual service mix, several distinct sub-specialties, or a strong existing brand identity is often better served by a build designed from scratch. We recommend whichever path actually fits during your onboarding call rather than defaulting to one.

Scope, both halves

What is included, and what is deliberately not

The second list matters more than the first. A scope with no exclusions is a scope nobody has thought about.

Included

  • A starting layout chosen to suit your specialty rather than a generic business theme.
  • Your own colours, type and photography applied to it, so the finished site is yours rather than a recognisable template.
  • Every page designed individually from that starting point, not one layout repeated eight times.
  • A review point before the build completes, where changes are part of the build rather than revisions.

Not included

  • A template file you can download and use elsewhere. What we build is run by us on our stack.
  • A page-builder licence or theme you own separately.
  • Reusing another client site as-is. A starting point is a starting point, not a duplicate.

If you need one of these, say so on the demo. We would rather point you somewhere else than take the work and disappoint you.

Step by step

How a starting point becomes your site

  1. Pick the shape that fits the trade

A storm restoration company and a metal roofing specialist need different first screens. We start from the one that matches how your customers arrive.

  2. Apply your brand

Colour roles, type scale and photography are replaced with yours. This is the step that stops a starting point from looking like a template.

  3. Design each page from there

The starting point sets the language. Every page is then arranged for its own job rather than repeating one layout.

  4. Review before build completion

You see it and say what is wrong while changing it is still part of the build.

How long it takes

Using a starting point does not change the launch window, it changes how much of it is spent deciding rather than building.

  • How far you want to move from the starting pointA heavily art-directed result takes longer than adapting a proven shape.
  • How much brand material existsColours, a logo and photography shorten the process considerably.
  • Page countThe starting point does not change how many pages your coverage area needs.

None of these change the plan price. They change how much work sits inside it, which is why the fee is a plan rather than an hourly rate. See the plans.

From roofing companies we have built for

  • Emma Stanton

Customer care coordinator, leisure center roofing contractor

The part I rate most highly is the form, not the visuals. Every submission arrives with building use, roof type and site location filled in, which used to take us a second email to obtain. The first message is usually enough to act on now.

    St. Petersburg, Florida

Inquiry form and response workflow for commercial roof assessments

  • Ashleigh Sanderson

Scheduling supervisor, single-ply membrane roofing installer

I tested the commercial roof assessments page on my own phone before we approved anything. Key information comes first and the contact option is clearly labeled. The days of talking customers through the menu are over.

    Overland Park, Kansas

Mobile navigation and page layout for commercial roof assessments

  • Andrea Copperfield

Survey bookings administrator, warehouse roofing and cladding contractor

Getting the commercial roof assessments wording right mattered more to us than any visual choice. It explains what an inquiry achieves and is honest about what still needs a proper discussion. Customers arrive with realistic expectations, which changes the whole tone of the first call.

Questions about roofing website templates

Will my site look like every other roofing company's site?

No. Even when we start from a template, the content, photography, brand colors and typography are rebuilt around your business, and no two client sites ship with the same combination.

Can I see the template before committing?

We walk through a live example built for your specialty on a demo call before you commit to a plan, so you see the real approach, not a stock preview screenshot.

Are you actually a template company?

No. We use a starting point to avoid beginning every build from a blank page, then design each page from there. The finished site carries your brand and your page structure, which is what stops it reading as a template.

Can I see examples before I buy?

Book the demo and we walk you through the site you would get, live on your screen, rather than sending a PDF. It takes about thirty minutes and nobody is going to pressure you at the end of it.

Will another roofer get the same design?

Not the same design. The starting shape is chosen to suit a specialty, and after your colours, type, photography and page plan are applied, two sites from the same starting point do not look alike.

Do I own the design?

The content and the domain are yours and transfer at no charge if you leave. The code and the stack it runs on are ours, which is what lets us guarantee the speed and run it without you logging in anywhere.

What if my specialty is unusual?

Tell us at onboarding. Slate, tile, historic restoration, solar-integrated roofing and coatings all need different emphasis, and the starting point is a convenience rather than a constraint.

How long before the first designs are published here?

We are not going to put a date on a page and then quietly miss it. In the meantime the demo shows the closest real build to your specialty, live, which tells you more than a screenshot would.
