Why the fee exists
The fee pays for the drawing, not the upkeep
A site is drawn and built once. The monthly plan pays for everything after that: hosting, revisions, articles and support. Keeping the two apart means the monthly fee never quietly carries the cost of the build.

The design, drawn for your trade
A layout drawn for how your roofing company actually sells, not a template with a roof photo dropped into it.
The build, coded by hand
The site itself, custom coded to the PageSpeed spec, with the quote request tool wired to wherever enquiries should land.
Launch, done properly
Domain pointed, redirects from any old site set, and the pages checked on a phone and a desktop before anyone else sees them.

How paying works
Four steps, one payment, nothing recurring
The payment is taken by Stripe. RoofingWebStudio never sees or stores your card details, and the receipt comes to you by email the moment it clears.
Choose the plan you are on
The fee is the same on every plan. Picking yours simply labels the payment so it matches your account.
Pay on the secure Stripe page
Card details go to Stripe, never to this site. You see the amount before anything is taken.
A receipt arrives by email
Stripe emails the receipt straight away, and we confirm the payment against your account.
Nothing recurs
This is a single payment. It does not start, change or renew your monthly plan, which is billed separately.

Five questions about the build fee
Is this a subscription?
No. The build fee is one payment of $697. It never renews. Your monthly plan is a separate subscription and this payment does not change it.
Do I need to pay this?
Only if a build fee is due on your plan and we have asked you for it. Plans started on or before 31 December 2026 have the build fee waived, so there is nothing to pay here. If you are not sure, ask us before paying.
Why is the amount the same on every plan?
The fee pays for drawing and building the site itself, and that work is the same whichever plan you are on. What changes between plans is the ongoing service, which is priced in the monthly fee.
Is the payment safe?
Yes. Payment is taken on a secure Stripe checkout page. Your card details go to Stripe directly and are never seen or stored by this site.
Can the build fee be refunded?
All sales are final, and that includes the build fee. The one exception is a billing error on our side, such as a duplicate or incorrect charge, which the refund policy sets out in full.
